With the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) now declared a global pandemic and the situation continuing to change rapidly, we wanted to take the time to let you know that we’re here to help.
If you have bookings between now and 30 April 2020, please contact us so we can cancel the booking for you.
If you have to cancel due to the impact of COVID-19, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Encourage your guest to move their dates and edit bookings through your account.
Please note: Bookings can only be edited once. If you need to amend a booking that has already been edited, let us know and we’ll help cancel and rebook the traveller.
If your guests' balance is due, we can move the due date to a later date, whilst we continue monitoring the developments and impact of the virus.
We’re currently receiving a high volume of contacts at the moment so we may be taking longer as usual to respond to you. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused and can assure you that we’re doing our best to help you as quickly as possible.
