If a specific area is locked down owners/guests should comply with any isolated lock downs in accordance with the specific guidance for that individual lock down area.


If this requires guests not to travel, or properties not to take guests, then the operator should follow CMA requirements and offer the customer the options of a transfer to a later date, or a voucher to rebook, or a cash refund.
